The firm’s principal, Susan Baltake, has more than 25 years of extensive experience in developing and implementing all aspects of marketing communications for a variety of corporations, governmental agencies, for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and individuals.

Prior to forming Grove Street Solutions, Susan served as Marketing Director for companies in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California; as Vice President of a Philadelphia public relations and advertising agency; as Campaign Manager for statewide and local political campaigns; as Executive Director of several financial programs for the State of California; and as Assistant State Treasurer for California.

Grove Street Solutions is state-certified Small Business Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) Set-Aside vendor.  Susan serves as a Consulting Associate for The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University's School of Business, is a member of the AKA Senior Counselors Alliance, and was inducted in 2008 to Who’s Who in America.
