The firm’s principal, Susan Baltake, has more than 25 years of extensive experience in developing and implementing all aspects of marketing communications for a variety of corporations, governmental agencies, for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and individuals.

Prior to forming Grove Street Solutions, Susan served as Marketing Director for companies in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California; as Vice President of a Philadelphia public relations and advertising agency; as Campaign Manager for statewide and local political campaigns; as Executive Director of several financial programs for the State of California; and as Assistant State Treasurer for California.

Grove Street Solutions is a State-certified Small Business and a State-certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) Set-Aside vendor, and is a member of the AKA Senior Counselors Alliance. Inductee, Who’s Who in America, 2008.
